I owned both enterprise and consumer workflow experiences – operationalizing and scaling drop-off appointments for our care teams while expanding availability for returning customers (+2,000 additional slots monthly).

Redesigned the Pet Portal Records tab on iOS and Web for Chewy Vet Care to scale with growing visit histories, improve wayfinding across expanded record types (test results, vaccinations, telemedicine consults, forms, and prior medical records), and better support common customer needs like downloading records for travel and grooming.
